D3O Zero RF material
D3O® Zero™ is the first recycled-quality D3O protective material. D3O® Zero™ is made by recycling surplus material from D3O factories.
Like the original D3O materials, D3O® Zero™ can be incorporated into a variety of products to provide maximum protection while working towards a zero waste programme.
D3O® Recycled Foams consists of two grades of D3O® Zero™ materials and is the latest material innovation from D3O's impact protection experts. D3O® Zero™ is designed to protect the things that matter while innovating the manufacturing process to reduce waste. This new recycled protection solution is suitable for a range of applications in many action sports.
Available in four thicknesses and two densities, D3O® Zero™ can be easily die-cut or thermoformed to easily integrate Demon's product range.
To make D3O® Zero™, excess D3O® material from D3O plants is ground and mixed with new foam, and the mixture is formed into large cylindrical bales of D3O® Zero™. D3O then cuts sheets in various thicknesses from 2 to 10 mm. The material can then be die-cut or thermoformed for various protective applications.
